Non alcoholic craft beer is brewed like traditional beer and finished at less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. It delivers the aroma, mouthfeel, and flavor you expect from beer, without the alcohol.

HOW IS SWITCHBACK N.A. MADE?
We use BrewVo NA’s innovative “nested fermentation” process, to create a non-alcoholic version of our classic Switchback Ale.
The patented BrewVo® system combines membrane separation technology with nested fermentation, gently removing alcohol while preserving aroma, mouthfeel, balance, and the core structure of the beer.
This approach allows us to stay true to our brewing philosophy while offering more ways to enjoy Switchback.
